Questions, answered
Can I book by the hour?
Yes, for our private rooms and hot desks. Dedicated desks are booked daily, weekly or monthly, since the desk is held for you continuously. Each package lists the durations it offers.
What facilities are included?
High-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic desks, filtered drinking water, air conditioning and all utilities are included. A3-capable printing is available on site and charged per page, and members get discounted pricing at our private café.
Can I pay through bank transfer?
Yes. Choose manual bank transfer at checkout and you will see our bank details and a unique payment reference. Upload your transfer receipt and we will verify it.
When will my manual payment be confirmed?
Your space is reserved as soon as you upload your receipt, while our team verifies the payment. You will be notified once it is approved. If we cannot verify it before the reservation period ends, the booking is released.
What happens if my booking overlaps another booking?
It cannot. Each private room can only be held by one booking at a time, and availability is confirmed at the moment you reserve — not merely when you view the page. If someone reserves a slot while you are checking out, you will be told immediately and can pick another time.
Can I extend my booking?
You can book an additional period if the space is still free. For same-day extensions, speak to our front desk and we will check availability for you.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the policy in force when you booked, including how far ahead you cancel. The applicable policy is shown before you pay and on your booking in your account.
